A guided meditation for deepening into the core of your creative practice

The day after my cookbook photo shoot wrapped up, I felt energized: The photo shoot tapped into something in the core of my work that made me feel really alive and excited.
Over the course of a week, I saw my work reaching wider audiences that it would have before, and helping people tap into their own creative explorations.
While I work in many different media (writing, food, etc.) helping others build connections and feel inspired and curious is a big part of all of it.
Working at the connection of many different fields also means that when I’m feeling energized and inspired, the direction that expression of energy takes can really go about anywhere.
Case in point is this guided meditation, which I felt inspired to record right after doing my own transformative work, and which is all about tapping into the deepest core purpose of your own creative project, whatever it might be.
I’ve made it free for newsletter subscribers for this week only: After which it will be up on the website and will be part of my Creative Expansion and Mycelia communities (more on those soon!)
You can use this track as a guided meditation, or listen along to learn the meditation’s process, then practice it in your own time.
I would love to hear how this meditation works for you, and what comes through!
And, if you’re ready to join me for my creative communities this year, leave a comment (or shoot me an email: julia@rootsandbranches.space) and I’ll let you know as soon as they’re ready (and give you a big thank you discount for preordering and trusting me with holding that community space, too).
