I love using vision journaling as a tangible and imaginative way to find clarity around the future I want and to identify how to get from where I am to where I want to go.
If you’ve worked with me 1:1 or in my group spaces, you’ve probably encountered this practice at least in passing.
If you haven’t tried it, or haven’t tried it in a while, it can be a very fun, playful, low stakes way to engage with big moments or to approach decisions. In other words, to describe the life you want to see so you can start to build it.
